Beyond Creative Conception is pleased to offer group and individual childbirth classes to expectant parents from all avenues of conception, whether your pregnancy is with the assistance of donated eggs or sperm, a surrogate, In Vitro Fertilization, or a naturally planned pregnancy. If you are a single mother, a first time mother or an experienced birthing mother, classes are available that complement your personal situation.
Childbirth classes will provide valuable information regarding symptoms of true labor, stages and phases of labor, comfort measures, cesarean section, birthing choices, recovery and much more!
We also offer a childbirth refresher class for experienced mothers and surrogates. Attend our Healthy Pregnancy class early in your pregnancy to learn what to expect as your baby develops and grows, how your body will change, and exercises and relaxation methods to maintain a safe pregnancy. Discuss the importance of healthy nutrition, how to avoid unnecessary complications, and when to call the doctor. Discover what resources are available to you and your partner throughout your pregnancy, birth and postpartum.
